Welcome to The MINDCAP Center!
Please read and agree to these guidelines to insure the safety and health of all involved!

MC staff will disinfect all surfaces used by clients before and following their session. We will schedule ample time between sessions to allow for cleaning.

Door knobs and other surfaces used by staff and clients will be disinfected between clients.

Masks may be worn by MC staff and by clients as self-determined.

Clients will be asked to wash their hands thoroughly as soon as they enter MC as well as the last thing upon when leaving MC.

Parents may continue to sit in sessions with their child. We just ask that they also wash their hands upon arriving and leaving.

If parents remain in their car, but would like to observe sessions remotely, we will gladly provide an iPad fro remote viewing of the session.

Clients or accompanying adults who are coughing or sneezing should cancel their session. If coughing begins while in session, immediate departure will be requested (please inform us if seasonal allergies are the cause).

We will keep the reception area clear for an undetermined amount of time. So clients may stay in vehicles until indicated to come into the office. Drivers waiting on the client are asked to stay outside the MC office (in their vehicle or the yard) unless other plans have been made in advance. Siblings of clients will also need to stay in the family vehicle or play in the side yard.

Clients (and/or parent or accompanying adult) are asked to sign this assurance that to the best of your knowledge the following is true:

Our family does not currently have or has had no one diagnosed with COVID 19 or has had anyone with those symptoms in the last 14 days.

The MC client has not cared for or been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID19 or those symptoms in the last 14 days.
___ The MC client or family member has not travelled outside the United States in the last 14 days.
